This South Del Mar residence was transformed through a full‑home redesign that brought clarity, ease, and a refined coastal sensibility to every major space. Working from a unified vision, I reimagined the guest bathroom, primary entertainment area, and the entire primary suite, ensuring each room carried its own identity while contributing to a consistent, elevated design language.

Soft coastal tones, clean architectural lines, and natural textures were woven throughout the home, creating continuity with the previously renovated kitchen I did a few years earlier, while introducing a fresh, modern perspective. The entertainment area was rebuilt with custom cabinetry and a streamlined focal wall that anchors the living space, offering both functionality and a relaxed, beach‑inspired elegance.

The guest bathroom received a lighter, more inviting palette, designed to echo the home’s coastal surroundings without feeling thematic. In the primary suite, the bedroom and bathroom were reshaped into a calm retreat, balancing tailored detailing with a sense of effortless comfort suited to the client’s newly retired lifestyle.

With full creative autonomy, the project moved seamlessly from concept to completion.
