PALMS PENTHOUSE

This bachelor‑pad project was one of the more unique spaces I’ve had the opportunity to design. The client is a professional gambler who uses the suite primarily when he’s in Las Vegas for work, but he also loves entertaining friends and family — so the space needed to feel modern, stylish, and unmistakably his. I created a sleek, contemporary kitchen and entertainment area as the heart of the suite, then carried his personality through the rest of the rooms with an eclectic mix of finishes and details that all come together in a way that feels intentional and authentic to him.

Even though the design is bold, the bathroom maintains a classic balance that grounds the overall aesthetic. The suite sits within Palms Place, where he enjoys the amenities and the convenience of being centrally located to all the major Las Vegas properties. The final result is a modern, highly personal retreat that fits his lifestyle perfectly — equal parts functional, dramatic, and fun.
